This weekend I bought some whole wheat pizza dough from Trader Joe’s. I promise one day I will overcome my fear of yeast, but for now this is a really easy alternative. I actually separated the dough and froze half. I ended up with about an 10″ pizza which was a great size for the two of us. We also had a nice green salad with it.
The pizza was topped with a combo of mozzarella & romano cheeses, black forest prosciutto, mushrooms, spinach, garlic and oregano. Mmm.
