This sounds so good! I love all of the ingredients individually so I'm sure I'd love them all together, too.

I agree on the pitas. Seems they are a little bit larger too. The ones I make don't have a pocket, and are super-soft, but I can't seem to get them as large as I'd like. This dip looks incredible. I have a hard time getting GOOD feta, but I stock up when I can get it!

How do you say WANT WANT WANT WANT WANT in Greek? Cause that's the vibe I'm getting from this dip. How could you not love feta and spice? So good.

I have a recipe for really fluffy pitas that i LOVE. The pocket is almost non-existent...maybe they're close to Greek pitas?

Hi, loved your recipe. I particularly like the touch of rosemary and balsamic vinegar. I find the mix of these two heavenly. If you want to have a different version of tenderloin recipe, you are welcome to visit my "Stuffed tenderloin with Aegina's pistachio" post at http://fruitandcake.com/?p=1578 I think you will like it.
Thanks for your post. Bye.

dear Elly,i just found out your sight and i love it.Bravo for your tsoureki, you must know that its very difficult to make it.I make them(tsourekia) every year(PASXA) for our godmothers, parents e.t.c.Unfortunatelly i can suxxed the taste but not the presentation(plexouda),you know it must look like a braid. So i make a lot small atomic sizes circles and i dont have to worry about the looks anymore.
