Favorite Things Giveaway: All Clad 3 Qt. Sauté Pan {closed}

178

In honor of my blog turning 7 years old, and also to celebrate the holidays, I’ve been doing weekly giveaways. We still have a few more to go, and I hope you’ve been enjoying them!

Today I’m giving away one of my two most used pieces of cookware (the other being my cast iron skillet): an All Clad 3 qt sauté pan with lid. I use this pan ALL the time. It’s a great size, is perfect for everything from searing to one-pot meals to pasta sauces, it goes in the oven and the dishwasher, and just performs amazingly well all around.  I’ll even throw in a bottle of Bar Keeper’s Friend to keep it looking shiny and new, because I know you are going to be using it a TON.

Enter below for your chance to win! The giveaway will end at 11:59 p.m. on January 9th. This giveaway is sponsored by yours truly, because I love you all so much. 🙂

  1. Awesome giveaway!! I love this pan and a girl cannot have too many pans. Makes the most perfect caramelized onions every time.

  2. Congrats on 7 years!!!! This pan is beautiful! I can see it being great for braising chicken, making risotto, and even dishes that start on the stove and end in the oven.

  3. Love it! I’ve been digging simple sauteed meats lately, so I would want to make some sauteed chicken or pork chops.

  4. I make a skillet lasagna that this pan would be perfect for. And I’ve always wanted a piece of All Clad cookware!

  5. Congrats on 7 years! I’d probably make a skillet ziti first but I’d really love to do anything where deglazing is involved just to see the amazing AllClad at work!

  6. This looks like such a useful pan! I’d love to expand my repertoire of curries and stir frys – this looks like a great pan to use for experiments. 🙂

  7. I would make vodka cream sauce! My baby will be born any day now and I can’t wait to have vodka sauce again!

  8. My caphalon pan has finally hit the bed literally 2 weeks ago and I have zip.
Oh my gosh I would give anything for own an All-Clad saute pan.
All Clad is like the Toyota of cooking pans; they never die, last forever!!

    1. The question really is… what wouldn’t I cook with this pan? It would probably become my most used everyday pan!

I’d love to do a pork chop with sweet onion marmalade in the cold weather and a shrimp and veggie stir fry in the warmer months.

  9. Honestly, I will probably cook everything in this pan!! I don’t have any that wide with a cover (and if I don’t win it, I’m almost certainly going to register for it!).

  10. I would probably saute some chicken breasts in it. I eat a lot of chicken and it looks like a good size for that.

  11. Love your blog, it’s the only one I religiously read! I’ve always wanted to try All-Clad, maybe this is the year! I would try making my own meatballs.

  12. Probably lots of stuff, but I have some one pot chicken dishes that I think this would be perfect for! thanks for the giveaway! Your recipes are awesome! Thanks for sharing.

  13. I think this pan would make a terrific pot roast…brown on the stove top, then cover and into the oven to get tender and delicious.

  14. Love that pan, just the size I need. Been looking at some Morroccan, Tunisian, North Africa recipes I need to make and that pan is just right.

  15. I’d love to cook some shrimp scampi in this jewel, followed by clam chowder. I can see why it’s one of your favorites. 🙂

  16. First thing I’d make in this is risotto cakes–leftover risotto bound with some egg, coated in bread crumbs, and crisped in olive oil.

  17. Mmm, one-skillet meals – probably I’d make “taco mac” – it’s just like chili mac, but using taco flavors!

  18. One pan beef filets, brown on the stovetop and finish in the oven. This pan is beautiful! Happy anniversary! I love your blog!

  19. Congratulations on your anniversary. What a beautiful pan, the 1st thing I’d make is chicken Marsala, it’s my husband’s favorite.

  20. I hadn’t thought about it before you asked what I would cook but all of a sudden I am craving tapioca pudding. So yep, that’s what I would make. 🙂

  21. I love All Clad pans. They’re so good I would love to have one decent pan in my cupboard. It would be my first!! I walk past them in the store all the time but I can never afford one.

  22. I would like to make sauteed mushrooms, sauteed asparagus, seared salmon, or fry peppers and onions for fajitas.

  23. I would love to cook anything in it because I don’t have any really nice cookware. I will say Chicken Marsala would be one of the firsts!

  24. I haven’t had a new pan in my cabinet in over 10 years. Mi keep drooling over these but can’t pull the trigger!

  25. Oh I’ve been dreaming about getting All Clad!!! I would start with my homemade spaghetti sauce…YUM!

  26. risotto sounds delish adn comforting this time of year! this pan looks perfect for that or a braised lemon chicken!!!

  27. I’d like to sear some chicken or pork chops in this pan, and make a pan sauce with dijon, wine, and fresh thyme.

  28. Yay for 7 years! I’ve been wanting to invest in a great skillet!
I would probably start out by making something like your “Sautéed Chicken Cutlets with Porcini Sauce”.

  29. Thanks for the chance to win! Congrats on 7 years! I would love to make a mushroom risotto in this dish! Would be so comforting against these cold temps.

  30. I would make pasta and veggies in the pan – a great basic quick meal you can add and change quickly, depending on what you have in your fridge.
