25 Cinco de Mayo recipes

07

I’m generally not one for posting a lot of round ups in my blog, but I didn’t think I could let Cinco de Mayo go by without mentioning it and listing some of my favorite Mexican recipes. And well, I certainly have a lot of those. In fact, despite its moniker, this blog has 1 more Mexican recipe posted than it does Greek.

The list below does not even begin to exhaust the recipes posted (head to the Mexican/Tex-Mex tag for all of them) but includes many of my most favorites. (I have to say “most” favorites, because whittling it down was sort of tough, since I like all the recipes I post!)

Enjoy your Cinco de Mayo (hopefully with a margarita in hand)!

(P.S. Does anyone else just think Liz Phair when they hear “Cinco de Mayo”? :))
