Check out the new digs!

If you’re viewing this in a reader, get your butt over to the site and check out the new look.  Fancy, right?! I figured after a few years of a page with a graphic that took me all of 2 minutes to throw together, it was time for a change. What do you think?

On the right, you’ll see ways to connect with me, including Twitter and a shiny new Facebook page.  I’d love it if you “like” the page, so we can interact there on a more personal level.

In addition to the new look, I’ve also updated all the pages/tabs and added a new one–books.  This page just links to some cookbooks and books about food that I’ve enjoyed.  I’m sure I’ll keep adding to the list because I love reading about food almost as much as I love eating it.  As you look around, let me know if there’s anything you’d like to see that isn’t already here, or if you notice any problems.

I’d like to thank Cherie from C*Squared Associates for the blog design.  She was so great to work with.  She sent me an email after I posted that I was looking to redesign my blog and, at the time, I literally had NO clue what I wanted.  She was very patient, and things came together into a design I really like (and I hope you do, too).  If you’re looking to redesign your own blog, I’d definitely recommend her.

I’ll be back to regular postings very soon with another item I’ve checked off my 30×30 list…my favorite one so far, I think.  I realized the other day that I’m 2/3 of the way to 30 but only 1/3 of the way through my list. Something is not adding up…

    1. I wish, Nikki. I had someone move it over for me. I am usually tech-savvy but reading about .org was making my head spin. Now that it’s officially mine for the takeover, I hope I can figure it out and don’t have problems. :-

    1. Carolyn, I’m not sure what you mean. I actually didn’t know what was until I just visited there based on your comment. They must aggregate random blogs? Sorry, I’m no help.
