		<description>The most time consuming part is definitely the baking, which is inactive obviously. Otherwise, I find they are super quick to whip up, which makes them perfect when you are making a lot of things! I did put the biscotti in individual cellophane bags and label them so people knew what they were eating. :)</description>

		<description>I hate to admit I&#039;ve never made biscotti. They really don&#039;t sound too hard, just a little time consuming. I love this idea of savory biscotti. There is sooo much sugar being shared this season, so a savory alternative is a nice idea. Did you label them some how, so people you gave them to knew what they were eating? I imagine it as a surprise if they expect sweet and get a cheese and pepper flavor instead!</description>
