Tonight I made some Carne Asada (using Williams-Sonoma’s marinade), Spanish brown rice, black beans and a corn tortilla. Ahh, nothing screams comfort like 3x as many carbs as you should probably be eating.
This marinade was super tasty and this is coming from someone who is not huge on cilantro. In fact I was paying zero attention at the grocery store and accidentally bought cilantro instead of parsley, which is how this meal came about. Funnily enough, the clerk even rang it up as parsley.
